Facilitation

Powerful facilitation can bring alignment out of chaos. Well-timed inquiry can bring light and clarity. Let’s go!

Facilitation can take many forms, and ideally it includes open inquiries around questions, themes, and salient issues, which can broaden and deepen over the time allotted. We open with a plan and end with a summary of decisions and actions. The process is semi-structured to allow for an organic and emergent flow of dialogue and response and affective engagement. Depending upon the size of the group, we tailor the approach and tools to optimize the number of connections and generative ideation.

Group Inquiry

When a topic is complex and getting in the way of productivity or moving forward with alignment, group inquiry processes can get the team unstuck. Another version of this work can be a Listening Session, participative research where the goal is feedback from key stakeholders.

RETREATS

Off-site experiences for teams, departments or organizations where inspiration, visioning, collective reflection and results are needed. We facilitate connection, collaboration and action, based on where the group is at and stated goals.

CIRCLES

Circle processes have been part of humanity since the beginning of language. People circle up for many reasons: working through conflict, moving toward healing, processing power dynamics, among others. We craft circle containers for healing, restoration, celebration, grief, and others, and can tailor to your circumstances.

STORYTELLING

Humans are captured by story. We remember stories more easily than abstractions. Your team, group, community or organization will benefit from story sharing and its impact through enhanced connection, empathy, awareness and collective intelligence.
