About

Our team has deep experience in a variety of organization development, equity assessment, and strategic change processes. All members of our diverse team have experience facilitating retreats, inquiry sessions, and circles. Our coaches are grounded in active listening, leadership skills, administering inventories, and adult development and growth.

For consulting, a lead consultant will oversee the project and bring in team members to assist with aspects of the project, including education, research, learning and listening sessions, retreat facilitation, strategic planning, and other processes, as needed. We will tailor your consulting team to the requirements of your project, whether team-based or organization-wide.

For coaching, we will match you with an experienced coach, given your goals and intentions. A short questionnaire completed by you will help guide us to the right fit.

For facilitation, we will assess your goals and intentions and assign the right person for the session, event, or retreat. This can be a one-time event or multi-session experience, large or small.

For education, we pride ourselves in creating tailored learning for your specific institution. We have worked in nonprofits, corporations, colleges and universities, and public institutions. Our educators are skilled at adult pedagogy, andragogy and experiential learning.

Our Founder

Hello and welcome! I’d like to tell you a bit about me and what has shaped JungFire. One of my core values is exploration. Having lived and worked overseas as a young professional, I carved a path of cultural exploration. Cultural relativism allows me to see beyond the norms and myths of my upbringing. As an Organization Development practitioner, I’ve honed “self as instrument” and have learned to follow my curiosity and intuition, change lenses as needed, and name influences that are causing unhealthy dynamics. I see and analyze the interconnected layers of individuals, teams, departments and how the whole is interdependent with all of the parts. A core value that I’ve developed over time is authentic communication through deep listening, empathy, clarifying assumptions, owning my perceptions. These are key skills I utilize as a leadership and interpersonal coach. Because I’ve done a lot of inner exploration, I can hold space and keep clients in the center of the coaching experience. When teaching or training, I emphasize connection and agency: learning through and with each other and having choice. Adults learn best through sharing experiences, making meaning, testing assumptions and choosing how to engage. Workshops and courses are highly interactive, experiential and connective. As a facilitator, I value growth and learning through inquiry. We can’t know exactly where we will travel when a group of curious minds come together. Open and flexible design allows for an emergent process with important actions summarized. I’ve been deeply moved by facilitating racial healing circles which have helped me to heal from the harm of stereotypes, separation and dominance (an ongoing process). Just like culture, once one sees through an equity lens, there is no going back. I believe organization change work must assess the systems and structures which either create equity—or don’t—and the impact on stakeholders, communities and the environment. Centering those most affected and/or historically marginalized is paramount to shift society toward equitable outcomes for all. I am a continuous learner, and one of my joys is learning together with clients. Always mutual.

We start where you are.

  • Individual

Knowing oneself, living in balance with head and heart, self-management, social awareness. Change starts with the individual.

  • interpersonal

Understanding the dynamics between two people, finding commonalities and working through differences is the essence of human connection.

  • team/group

The team represents a collection of relationships. Learn to work with the information available to provide heightened awareness and influence.

  • organization

The complexity of organizations can be mind boggling. Ideally, it is an interconnected network of relationships where information flows freely.
